Southeastern's Accounting Services Office strives to meet the needs of its students, administration and faculty of the seminary and college. We are committed to providing accurate, timely account information and excellent service. We are committed to uphold the financial integrity and policies established by the Board of Trustees of Southeastern Seminary. Accounting Services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cashiers: Process student payments and answer student account questions
• Accounts Receivable: Maintains student accounts and processes accounting entries into our computer system.
• Accounts Payable: Pays the seminary's vendors in order to keep the school operating. Student check requests are also handled in accounts payable.
• Internal Auditing: Maintains accurate procedures and internal controls.

Student Accounts:

Students are expected to keep their accounts current. Failure to do so will result in financial, academic, and disciplinary penalties.

Students must have all fees and past balances (tuition, matriculation, student services fees, surcharges, fees, fines, etc.) paid in full in order to finalize their class registration. Late registration fees will result if a student registers after the appropriate deadline and/or does not pay his or her account balance in full.

A monthly payment plan is available for Fall, Spring and Summer terms. To sign up click Payments & Deadlines. This payment plan option is managed by a third party company, Nelnet Business Solutions/FACTS.

Student account balances are due the first of each month and late after the tenth of the month. Rent is also due the first of each month and is payable at the Accounting Services Office. All students are subject to a three (3) percent monthly late fee if their student account balance is not paid in full by the tenth. Student account information is available for viewing through the school’s online resource called CampusNet.

All delinquent account balances (90 days after billing) are subject to collection procedures. Southeastern reserves the right to charge an administrative fee associated with the processing of each delinquent account.
