Undergraduate Housing For
New & Transferring Students
Southeastern has a growing undergraduate program. To better serve the needs of these students, we have established a Resident Life Program designed to integrate education, spiritual formation and community among its students. We believe this program will help students grow as Christians and develop lasting relationships with other the Lord has led here.
SEBTS requires all incoming full-time undergraduate and transfer students with fewer than 20 hours at the beginning of any fall or spring semester to live on campus in designated areas. Exceptions to the requirement are undergraduate students who are married or have dependents or are 22 years of age by August 1. Exemptions will also be considered by the Housing Office on a case-by-case basis for students choosing to live with parents/legal guardians and students with certified medical needs. Students will be exempted or considered for exemption under these same guidelines if their status changes at any point during their educational career.
Undergraduate men will be living in a section of Goldston Hall that has been recently renovated into new dorm rooms.
The cost is $190.00/per student/per month.
