• Bedroom furniture includes 4 beds and 2 wardrobes.  Each man has a bed, wardrobe space and closet space.
• There is a study room with 4 work stations with 2 shelves and desk chairs provided.
• The living room has a sofa, chair, coffee table,  and end table with lamp.  Television is not included.
• The kitchen has a stove and refrigerator.
• Dining area has dining table with chairs.
• A washer and dryer are included in the apartment.
• Bath facilities: one bathroom
• All singles apartments (except for private apartments) will be inspected for basic cleanliness or damages 4 times per year.  All inspections are announced in advance.
