• Occupants are responsible for paying the utilities.  Occupants must have electric, water and sewer utilities put in their names within five business days of signing their housing agreement
The occupant may sublet to another student with the permission of the Director of Housing
Note: At Flaherty Farms there is one designated parking space for each apartment and unassigned/undesignated parking spaces for other vehicles.
