Applying For Housing
Applications for housing can be made online or through the housing office.
To apply online simply click the "Apply Now" button.
To request that an application for housing be mailed to you, send an e-mail to housing@sebts.edu or call (919) 761-2400.
An Occupant Fee is required at the signing of the Housing Agreement. The Occupant Fee is: $ 200.00 for singles $ 300.00 for families
Rent is payable monthly in advance.
All students who desire to live in campus housing must sign a Housing Agreement and a Rules and Regulations before moving into housing.
Each calendar year there are two termination dates for the Housing Agreement. An Agreement signed on January 1st through May 31st will terminate on May 31st of that year. An Agreement signed on June 1st through December 31st will terminate on December 31st of that year. In each case the Agreement will automatically renew on the day following the termination date unless the occupant gives a move-out notice prior to the termination date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN SEMINARY HOUSING, EXCEPT IN OUR WEST OAK APARTMENT COMPLEX. IF YOU HAVE A PET, PLEASE SEE THE WEST OAK APARTMENTS PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FIREARMS ARE PERMITTED IN SEMINARY HOUSING.
