Online Sign-up: (note if you do not have outlook you need to save the form that you fill out and then attach it to an email and send it to intramurals@sebts.edu)

Captain Registration Form:This form is to be filled out and submitted for a Team Sport (ex. Basketball) only by the Captain of the team being entered. Captains, if your players have not filled out a Risk and Release Form during this current school year (2007-2008) they must submit one online.

Free Agent Registration Form:If you are not on a team but would like to participate in a team sport you may fill out this form and submit.
Note- It is best to be signed up by a Captain on a team, filling out the Free Agent Form does not guarentee your placement on a team.

Individual Registration Form:This form is to be filled out and submitted for our individual sports (ex. Ping Pong)

Fillable Risk and Release Form:This form is to be filled out and submitted for all of our sports, if you are a team player and not the captain you need to fill this out on your own.

Note- If you have played a sport in the 2007-2008 school calender year then you do not have to submit one because you already have one on file.

Mission Statement:
The mission of Southeastern's intramurals is to promote spiritual growth through physical activity and fellowship with the goal of encouraging God-called men and women to fulfill their preparation for vocational service.

Eligibility
Anyone participating in an intramural sport must be either an active student, student's spouse, student's child, alumni who has paid all Southeastern fees, staff, faculty or someone officially auditing a course at Southeastern. All participants must be at least 18 years of age unless posted otherwise for a specific function.

Medical Considerations
Participation in all intramural activities is completely voluntary; therefore, Southeastern and its staff assume no responsibility for injuries received during such participation. It is the responsibility of each participant to be aware of the demands and inherent dangers of the sports in which he or she participates. Each participant should evaluate his or her health relative to these factors. It is highly recommended that each participant has a medical examination prior to participation. Each participant will sign a risk and release form prior to playing an intramural sport.

Sportsmanship
The student activities office believes good sportsmanship to be an extremely important quality and seeks to encourage its development. Therefore, the student life department will neither condone, nor allow, unsportsmanlike conduct in its programs.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interest, but also to the interest of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus.Philippians 2:3-5
