The Ledford Center offers the opportunity for students and those associated with the seminary to reserve specific rooms for their use during special events. 

All departments and subsidiaries of those departments can reserve any of the available rooms for school-related events free of charge provided they turn in the Ledford Center reservation request form at least one month before their scheduled event. Any student in good standing may reserve the Ledford Center for an event that follows the mission of the center and benefits the students of Southeastern Seminary (charges may apply). In addition, the majority of participants must be students. We allow birthday parties, wedding receptions and showers; however, we do not allow lock-ins, outside organizations, yard sales or church meetings in the Ledford Center. In all cases, seminary-sponsored events receive first priority over individual or group events. Please click on the “forms” sidebar to download all forms necessary for your reservation and return those forms to the student life office at least one month in advance of your event.
