Risden P. Reece Scholarship

CPEI Reimbursement Grant
The CPEI Reimbursement Grant is a grant from the North Carolina General Assembly & the State Education Assistance Authority. They provide:
- $1,850 for full-time college students taking at least 12 hours
- $1,463 for three-quarter-time college students taking 9-11 hours
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have been enrolled as an undergraduate student in the College at Southeastern for the fall and spring semesters
- Must be a legal resident of North Carolina for the 12 months prior to the start of the academic year

Woman's Missionary Union of North Carolina Scholarship
The WMU NC scholarship is funded through the Edna R. Harris Endowment Fund. This scholarship was established in honor of Mrs. Harris and her love and work for missions. The scholarship is limited to women who have completed a Bachelor's level of formal education and who are or will be enrolled in an accredited seminary/divinity school. Other qualifications are:

- The applicant must be a North Carolinian by birth or a long time resident or a resident for the past twelve (12) consecutive months.
- The applicant must be an active member of a North Carolina Baptist Church or be involved in mission organizations OR have been active and involved in the past with continued strong church involvement.
- The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
- The applicant must have a clear sense of call to Christian ministry with preference given to an applicant whose vocational goals are focused on missions.
- The applicant must demonstrate ability to pursue an academic program successfully (3.0 GPA out of 4.0).
The scholarship is granted for one year and a recipient may apply for additional years (maximum of three). A scholarship recipient will be expected to provide a written report of her year's experience to the Scholarship Committee at the end of the academic year. Mary E. Bivins Foundation
- Scholarships for students in an undergraduate or graduate program leading to a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field that prepares the student to preach the Christian religion and with the intent to serve as a pulpit pastor
- The student must be committed to studies and maintain a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or above or a cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or above
- The student must be a permanent resident of one of the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle
- The student must enroll and pass a minimum of 12 hours each semester at the undergraduate level or 9 hours each semester at the graduate level
- Scholarship awards are based upon $1,000 per semester for those students classified as a freshman or sophomore, $2,000 per semester for those students classified as a junior or senior and $3,000 per semester for graduate students to be used for tuition, books and academically related fees

- The Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund provides assistance to Baptist students who are preparing to enter Baptist ministry or religious work in the Baptist denomination
- Scholarships available to students who were residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia at least one year prior to initial attendance
- Must be Master's level student on the main campus with the following exceptions:
- students in the MDiv in Biblical Counseling may be ineligible for grants*
- students in the Church Planting Program (2+2) are eligible to apply
- students in the following Master of Arts degrees are ineligible for grants:
- MA in Christian Ethics
