Sleep Inn Commuter Housing
Limitations:
- Limited to students enrolled in the current semester.
- The terms of this agreement are very specific. If these terms are not workable for your situation, you should make your own reservations through Sleep Inn or another local hotel at their regular rates.
- The Housing Office reserves the room, pays for the room, and charges your student account for the stay.
- Each student has to make their own reservation with the Housing Office during business hours and before 3:45 p.m. Reservations made after 3:45 p.m. should be made through the Sleep Inn and will be subject to regular hotel rates.
Check In/Check Out:
- Students can check in at the Sleep Inn after 4:00 p.m. for their room assignment.
- Please identify yourself as a “commuter student” from Southeastern and they will confirm your reservation on a list provided to them by the Housing Office by 4:00 p.m. each day.
- To avoid additional charges, students must check out by posted hotel check out time.
Cost:
- Shared Room – Single-Night Stay - $40.00 per night/per person
- (May be reassigned to guest room on campus if only one student reserves a room)***
- Shared Room – Consecutive Multi-Night Stay - $50.00 per night/per person
- Private Room - $80.00 per night
- Cancellation Policy: To forgo all rent charges, notice must be given to the Housing Office by 3:45p.m. of the last business day prior to the night reserved.
- The rent will be charged to the student’s seminary account the week following the reservation and is payable by the tenth of the following month in the Accounting Services Office.

Policies:
- The rooms reserved are non-smoking and non-pet rooms.
*** Please Note: If we have an odd number of students making reservations, the last person to make a reservation will have the option of staying at the Sleep Inn at the Private Room Rate or be re-assigned to a private guest apartment on campus, which contains a desk, bed, and a bathroom, at the Shared Room Single-Night Rate. Linens and towels are furnished.
