For Intensives

This option is for Intensive students who need cost-effective commuter accommodations and are willing to work within the specific arrangement that has been negotiated by Southeastern Seminary and the Sleep Inn.

The Housing Office books a block of rooms specifically for Southeastern students.  You do not have to check out of your room each day like regular commuters - you can leave your personal effects in the room.  However, on the last day of your stay, you must check out before the Sleep Inn's posted check out time.

This price includes all of the hotel amenities:

Where? 

The Sleep Inn is located at 12401 Wake Union Church Road (2.25 miles from Southeastern Seminary).

Local bus service is available just across the street from the hotel with a bus stop at the seminary.

When? 

Reservations can be made for one night or for several nights.

How? 

The reservations are made through the Housing Office.  The Housing Office reserves the rooms, pays for the rooms and charges your student account for the stay.  Your student account will be charged in one lump sum - early check out may not be possible. 

Please note:  The terms of this agreement are very specific.  If these terms are not workable for your situation, you should make your own reservations through Sleep Inn or another local hotel at their regular rates.

In order to qualify for the Intensive Commuter student rate, please e-mail the Housing Office at housing@sebts.edu and include the following information:

• Option You Prefer
  • Private Room Option - $ 80.00/night.
  • Shared Room Option - $ 50.00/night
• Dates of Nights Room Is Needed
• Date of Check Out From Hotel

Reservations should be made through the Housing Office 5 days prior to your planned stay if possible.

The Housing Office will email you a confirmation of your assignment.
