E3 representative Steve Grote is on campus at least once a year, and while his particular focus with E3 is in Sudan, he also speaks to E3′s overall strategy for world-wide church planting, evangelism and discipleship, including an emphasis on training nationals. International Student Outreach Opportunities

NC State has several opportunities for evangelism including the Breaking Bread Program. You can have an international student in your home for a meal. (You may even request a certain country).
