Should I submit a FAFSA?
No. Southeastern works entirely through private scholarships and grants. We do not accept Title IV Federal Aid.
Do I have to be accepted at College at Southeastern or SEBTS to begin applying for scholarships/loans?
No. Many scholarships have a very early application deadline and you should not wait until fully accepted to apply.
Can I defer my student loans while a student?
Yes. Southeastern is approved to certify enrollment eligibility for repayment deferments for most federal or state education loans received in college. Contact the Registrar's Office for more information.
When is my scholarship applied to my account?
Scholarships are applied to your account each semester after the last day to drop a class without academic penalty.
Can I make monthly payments?
You may enroll in a no-interest monthly payment plan with FACTS. For more information, contact Accounting Services.
