The Project Report Approval Sheet and Permission for Access Sheets, requiring Faculty Committee signatures are prepared by the Doctor of Ministry Office on 100% cotton, 20 lb. archival paper and provided to the candidate the day of the Oral Defense Examination and Evaluation.
