If you desire to live in campus housing, please complete the application form below. When we receive your application, we will place your name on our housing list and notify you with a housing assignment approximately 4-6 weeks before your projected move-in date.

A $300.00 occupant fee ($200.00 for singles) is required to live in campus housing. You can pay your fee at the time you move into campus housing. We will return your occupant fee to you when you move out of Seminary housing, provided we do not assess any charges for apartment damages or cleaning.

Regulations you need to know before applying for housing:

Applicants must be students or approved for enrollment by Admissions.

Pets are not allowed in the housing areas. (The West Oak apartment complex is an exception to this policy.)

Waterbeds are not allowed.

Outside storage structures, recreation equipment, etc. are not permitted in the
housing areas.

Occupants must change all utilities into the occupant's name within 5 days of
occupancy.
