Fill out the following form if you wish to appeal a ticket issued by the Department of Campus Security. Please note that this is the only acceptable form of appeal. Appeals will not be accepted in person unless exigent circumstances exist. Please enter your SEBTS ID Number below to initiate the process.

Note: If you are a visitor to SEBTS and neither you nor your spouse has a SEBTS ID, you may ignore this ticket and exit out of the appeal screen.
