Prior to the beginning of each semester, the Equipping Center must submit an updated syllabus for the class to be taught in the upcoming semester. This syllabus must include the books to fulfill the reading requirement, any ministry projects, writing assignments, and a detailed course schedule including a reading schedule for other assignments.  The Field Ministry Office must receive this syllabus two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester.
Each EC is responsible to approve students that will enroll in classes supervised by your EC. A list of students that will participate in the EC must be submitted to the FM Office before the drop/add date for the current semester.

The EC Supervisor is responsible to grade all student work, complete an evaluation form for each EC participant, and return all materials to the FM Office. All grades must be received by the FM Office no later than one week after the last day of the semester.
