Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies

Every Southeastern student pursuing a four-year degree is enrolled in our Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies program, which includes a rigorous core curriculum highlighted by our History of Ideas component. Students then choose from a number of options for either a second major, a minor, or two minors.

Core Curriculum

The core curriculum for the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies degree is highlighted by our History of Ideas classes, which have as their goal to produce students who are able to read culture in the light of God’s Word. The core also includes vital training in biblical studies, theology, Christian and world history, English, social studies, and more. View catalog description.

Testimony
Being here allowed me to focus my passion for philosophy toward the greatest purpose: knowing Christ and making Him known. I would describe Southeastern as “missionally-focused academics.”
