Transcript Request

Southeastern alumni can request an official copy of their academic transcript be sent to themselves or another school. These requests are processed through Southeastern's Registrar's Office. Please note that your signature is required for us to release your records.

To begin complete the Transcript Request Form and either fax it to (919) 761-2299 or send via postal mail to the Registrar’s Office.

The cost of an official transcript from Southeastern is $5 per official copy. There is no charge for your Southeastern transcript to be sent on-campus as part of an application for another degree at Southeastern. Please note that you can only request transcripts for your work completed at Southeastern. For official transcripts from other schools, please contact those schools directly.

Payment can be made by check or cash only; we apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept credit cards. Please make checks payable to SEBTS (put “Transcript Request” in the “For:” line) and mail to:

Please allow five (5) business days for your request to be processed; your request will be processed in the order it was received. Please note that your account with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary must be in good standing or your request will be withheld.
