For Families

Family housing is for students who will be living in campus housing with members of their family. This includes married couples with and without children, as well as single parent families.

There are a wide variety of housing options available to families. However, due to the limited number of three-bedroom apartments, certain restrictions do apply.

Married Couples with no children

One-bedroom apartments are available in Bostwick Hall, located on our main campus, or in the Duplex Apartments. Two-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, West Oak Apartments, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments.

Families with one child

Two-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, West Oak Apartments, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments. Three-bedroom apartments are available on a limited basis in Flaherty Farms.

Families with two children

Two-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, West Oak Apartments, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments.
Three-bedroom apartments are available on a limited basis in Flaherty Farms.

Families with two children of the opposite gender (both at least 6 years old) or families with more than two children

Two-Bedroom Apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, West Oak Apartments, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments. Three-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village*, Flaherty Farms, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments.
*Families with five or more children will be given priority in Fletcher Village three-bedroom units.

Families with five or more children

Two-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, West Oak, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments. Three-bedroom apartments are available in Fletcher Village, Flaherty Farms, McDowell Townhouses, and the Duplex Apartments. Four-bedroom apartments are available in McDowell Townhouses.
