Prospective Students

Distance Learning at Southeastern has exploded in popularity in recent years. With the help of up-to-date technology and the world-wide web, distance learning students can access Undergraduate or Graduate course credit from one of the most renowned Biblical Institutions in the country, while living anywhere on the planet.

What is A Distance Learning Student?

To qualify as a Distance Learning Student, individuals must reside more than 120 miles from the Wake Forest, NC Campus. Students living within 120 miles of the Wake Forest Campus may request to take online classes by completing an On Campus Student Petition Form made available in the Distance Learning Office. We are located in Patterson Hall, Suite 202. Seats in online classes are prioritized for those students who absolutely cannot attend the Wake Forest campus, such as international missionaries and church leaders, those living outside of the southeastern United States, military personnel serving in active duty, and those with other extenuating circumstances.

Southeastern offers Distance Learning students two options which are entirely online. Missions Certificate courses may be applied towards future degrees:
