The Duplex Apartments, 76 units in all, are located on W. Pine Avenue, N. Wingate Street, Judson Drive, Stadium Drive and Rice Circle. All Duplexes are within easy walking distance of the main campus. The Duplex Apartments were built between 1959 and 1975.
