- If your work order includess lengthy lists or additional instruction, please provide these in the “description” text box.
- Please indicate the specified “floor” and “room” where the work needs to be done.
- If you are unsure of the necessary room to select, please leave this box blank and describe it as best you can in the “description” box.
- If any photos would be pertinent to the work order, they can be upload with the camera button on the right.
- You will receive email notifications when a) the request has been received b) when the request has been generated into a work order and c) when the work order is finally completed in the future.
