Alumni Chapters

A Southeastern Alumni Chapter is a collection of Southeastern Alumni who want to stay connected with other Southeastern Alumni and who happen to live in the same relative geographic area of the world.

Currently, we are in the process of building up our current chapters as well as working with future chapter locations.

Jonathan began his duties as the director of Alumni Development in January 2013. Before serving in this role, he served in the Admissions office from 2007-2012. In addition to his doctoral studies, Jonathan has interest in how theology shapes practical ministry and the implications of the gospel for all of life. Prior to attending Southeastern, Jonathan, served churches in Georgia for five years.

Jacob began serving as Alumni Network Coordinator in October 2016. Before coming to Southeastern, he served as a youth pastor in southeast Georgia for 2 years. Jacob has a passion for seeing alumni continue to thrive and grow even after their time here at Southeastern. He is currently pursuing his philosophy education in hopes of going back into the classroom to train the next generation of Christ followers to proclaim the gospel in all contexts.

Chris has worked with Southeastern since 2009, building relationships with Baptist State Conventions as well as the local Baptist Associations across the Southeast. He also serves as the Ministry Teams Coordinator. Chris seeks to connect our college and seminary students with the local church in serving in various capacities.

Michelle joined the Alumni Development staff in September 2015. She began attending SEBTS in January 2015. Michelle works to serve alumni and the local church, as she is being equipped for international ministry through the M.A. Intercultural Studies program.
