Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling
The Master of Arts in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling equips students to bring the wisdom of God’s Word and the hope and power of his gospel alongside evidence-based therapeutic practices to the care of people. Students are prepared for a distinctly Christian practice of marriage, family, and individual counseling that is clinically informed by the social sciences, interpreted through the lens of Scripture and applied from a Christian perspective on personhood and relationships. Students who graduate with this degree will be equipped to pursue licensure credentials (LMFT) in North Carolina or apply this coursework towards a license in another state.
