EQUIP FAQs
About the Equip Network
The EQUIP Network desires to empower and educate faithful disciples through local churches and ministry organizations. If you are an individual seeking credit through EQUIP, we would be happy to help your church or ministry organization become an EQUIP Partner. You will not be able to take EQUIP Practicums unless your church is an EQUIP Partner.
Any qualifying participants within your local church or ministry organization who have applied and been accepted at SEBTS. We recommend that participants become members of your church/ministry organization before participating.
The EQUIP Office does not supply SEBTS students for any courses. While you are encouraged to submit your application, those Churches/Ministry Organizations who do not have credit-seeking students ready to participate will receive a “Pending Approval” status and will not be approved until students are actively ready to participate.
Students can gain up to 36 hours of credit depending on his/her degree that includes both field ministry and practicum courses. See the “About” page for more details.
