Mary E. Bivins Foundation

Description: Scholarships for students in a graduate program leading to a master’s degree in a field that prepares the student to preach the Christian religion and with the intent to serve as a pulpit pastor. The student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. The student must be a permanent resident of one of the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. The student must enroll and pass a minimum of 9 hours each semester. Scholarship awards are $3,000 per semester for graduate students to be used for tuition, books and academically related fees.

Apply: Application for the upcoming academic year is usually made available at bivinsfoundations.org from the first full week of January until early February each year
