Southeastern Church Fellowship

Southeastern Church Fellowship

At Southeastern, we believe making disciples is the mission of the Church and the call of every believer. Because we exist to serve the Church, our mission is to train disciples to be faithful disciple-makers. That means we biblically and theologically equip every student to serve the Church and its mission and to fulfill the Great Commission in North America and around the world.

The Fellowship will be invited to gather four times a year: twice in conjunction with our Board of Trustees and Southeastern Society meetings (fall and spring) and two additional times for a meal, networking, and equipping.

Partnering Together in the Gospel

The Southeastern Church Fellowship is envisioned as a space where the seminary and the church can come together, fostering meaningful discussions on how we can more effectively call, equip, and send individuals into ministry to proclaim the gospel locally and globally.

“Southern Baptists are better together. Our cooperation as autonomous local churches forms the bedrock of everything we do in our convention. The Southeastern Church Fellowship provides yet another opportunity to strengthen our cooperation with both fellow churches and Southeastern. I look forward to the gospel fruit that this fellowship will bring to our area churches as we seek to be on mission together.”

– Dr. Jared Richard, Senior Pastor Bay Leaf Baptist Church
