My favorite part about teaching is equipping young men to serve on the front lines of gospel advancement by shepherding local churches. We’re currently in a crisis in the evangelical world of not having enough pastors to serve in this capacity, and that makes it incredibly important for us to be aggressive in equipping pastors to take up the mantle and fill those roles.
