Worship Ministry
The Major in Worship Ministry allows the student to study biblical and theological foundations of Christian worship and build skills in music and leadership for worship ministry in the local church. There are no additional admission requirements for the Major in Worship Ministry, although entering students will be evaluated for music reading and performance skills for appropriate placement in music courses. Students in this program will come away with the training they need to effectively lead congregations in musical worship for the glory of God.

This program includes 37 credit hours in the Master of Arts core, 12 hours in the worship ministry core, and 3 electives.
Additional Admission Requirements
All general admissions requirements for the Seminary must be met. An undergraduate music degree is not required, though a certain proficiency in music is required to complete the degree. The student’s proficiency in music will be evaluated by the faculty for the purpose of recommending an individualized program of study.
