Doctor of Education

The Doctor of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership is a terminal professional degree that equips scholars to contribute to the field of leadership and to lead in variety of professional environments to strengthen the organization they serve and to make maximum impact with their gifts and calling. This academic experience provides students with additional professional skills needed to lead, problem solve using social science research techniques, and influence thinking in this field through writing that is both biblical and academically persuasive, as well as the background for teaching in higher education.
