The Master of Arts with a concentration in Ministry Leadership is a graduate degree program that prepares students to lead at every level in the local church. This program exposes students to practitioners in the field of leadership. Students will learn to evaluate, design, and implement leadership principles to deal with change, conflict, and growth in their unique ministry context.
