The Preaching and Pastoral Ministry track prepares students for pastoral ministry in the local church with a special emphasis on expository preaching.

At the heart of Southeastern’s mission is to provide trained, passionate and humble men of God to serve as pastors in Southern Baptist and other evangelical churches. The impact of godly pastoral leadership in building Christ’s church cannot be overstated. Beyond the 70-hour M.Div. core, students are required to complete 15 credit hours in preaching and pastoral ministry.
