The specialization aims to equip students to lead biblically, purposefully, strategically, courageously, responsibly, and lovingly. The focus will be on becoming a transformational servant leader. Attention will be given to biblical examples ofleadership, and particularly, leading like Jesus. Skills will be developed in communications, enabling and empowering leaders, and conflict resolution.
