Southeastern’s Sporting Clays Shoot

Celebrating our 6th year, the Southeastern Sporting Clays Shoot offers a way to enjoy time in God’s beautiful creation, fellowship with friends, and join in friendly competition while supporting a great cause.

Over the past 6 years, the Southeastern Sporting Clays Shoot has raised more than $20k for our Southeastern Fund. This event fuels the mission of Southeastern to train and equip students for a lifetime of Great Commission ministry. Through the generosity of our participants and sponsors, thousands of students are being prepared to take the Gospel to their neighbors and the nations.

What to Expect at the Southeastern Sporting Clays Shoot

The Clay Shoot is hosted at Rose Hill Estate in Nashville, NC. Their Sporting Clays Center has been featured on ESPN Outdoors and is home to the Rose Hill Sporting Clays Challenge, one of the country’s most elite shooting tournaments. To learn more about the location, click here.

Tournament Schedule

  • 8:30 AM – Check-In Begins
    • Check-In with Southeastern Staff: Prior to the tournament, you’ll receive an email with a personalized QR code. Show this code at check-in for a quick and seamless experience.
      • You will also receive a clipboard with instructions on where your team will start and how to score.
    • Raffle & Giveaways: Purchase raffle tickets ($25 each or 5 for $100) and pick up your event giveaway.
    • Breakfast & Warm-Up: Enjoy a complimentary breakfast and coffee then take advantage of Rose Hill’s practice range.
  • 9:15 AM – Pre-Tournament Gathering
    • Gather around the check-in tents for a brief welcome, prayer, and explanation of tournament rules.
  • 9:30 AM – Tournament Begins
  • 11:30 AM – Lunch and Awards Ceremony in the Smokehouse

Food & Beverage

From the arrival to departure, you’ll be well taken care of:

  • Breakfast served during morning check-in
  • Lunch provided after the tournament
  • Complimentary drinks and snacks stationed throughout the course

Prizes & Raffle

Each player receives a giveaway at check-in, but that’s just the beginning:

  • Overall Individual Score – The player with the highest overall score from the day
  • Team Awards – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
  • Raffle Drawings – Excellent prizes available, with tickets sold exclusively at check-in ($25 each or 5 for $100).

The Southeastern Sporting Clays Shoot is a full day of community, competition, and generosity, all with the shared goal of advancing the Gospel through theological education.
