Institutional Scholarships

The SBC Seminary and Agency Scholarship is a full-tuition scholarship for students who are full-time executive, faculty, or managerial staff of SBC seminaries and Agencies. The scholarship also applies to their dependent children under the age of 30.

The following seminaries and agencies are covered:

• Gateway Seminary
• New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary
• Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
• Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
• The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
• B&H Publishing
• Lifeway
• The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission
• The International Mission Board
• The North American Mission Board

Additionally, students must meet the following criteria to receive this scholarship:

• Be enrolled as a degree-seeking student
• Maintain at least a 2.0 Cumulative GPA
• Submit the Cooperating Institution application each semester

The Baptist College of Florida Scholarship is for students who are dependents of full-time executive, faculty, or managerial staff at BCF. The employee/faculty member must be employed in a full-time, permanent position at BCF for each semester of the student’s enrollment.

Students who are members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 100% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students who are not members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students pursuing a Doctoral degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Additionally, students must meet the following criteria to receive this scholarship:

• Be enrolled as a degree-seeking student
• Maintain at least a 2.0 Cumulative GPA
• Submit the Cooperating Institution application each semester

The Charleston Southern University Scholarship is for students who are full-time executive, faculty, or managerial staff at CSU. The scholarship also applies to their dependent children under the age of 30. The employee/faculty member must be employed in a full-time, permanent position at CSU for each semester of the student’s enrollment.

Students who are members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 100% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students who are not members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students pursuing a Doctoral degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Additionally, students must meet the following criteria to receive this scholarship:

• Maintain at least a 2.5 Cumulative GPA
• Submit a Cooperating Institution application for each semester

The Fruitland Baptist Bible College Scholarship is for doctoral students who full-time faculty and upper level administrators who wish to pursue a Doctoral degree at Southeastern.

Applicants who meet all admission requirements will be granted a 100% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid, as well as a 100% waiver on the program entrance fee.

The scholarship will apply for three years.

Additionally, students must meet the following criteria to receive this scholarship:

• Remain a full-time employee at Fruitland Bible College
• Be enrolled in classes going towards the student’s degree (does not apply to Continuous Enrollment)
• Submit an application for each semester

The North Greenville University Scholarship is for students who are dependents of full-time executive, faculty, or managerial staff at NGU. The employee/faculty member must be employed in a full-time, permanent position at NGU for each semester of the student’s enrollment.

Students who are members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 100% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students who are not members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students pursuing a Doctoral degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

The Oklahoma Baptist University Scholarship is for students who are dependents of full-time executive, faculty, or managerial staff at OBU. The employee/faculty member must be employed in a full-time, permanent position at OBU for each semester of the student’s enrollment.

Students who are members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 100% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students who are not members of an SBC church and are pursuing a Master’s degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.

Students pursuing a Doctoral degree receive a 50% waiver on any tuition charges not covered by other sources of financial aid.
