Christian Leadership
The specialization aims to equip students to lead biblically, purposefully, strategically, courageously, responsibly, and lovingly. The focus will be on becoming a transformational servant leader. Attention will be given to biblical examples of leadership and particularly, leading like Jesus. Skills will be developed in communications, enabling and empowering leaders, and conflict resolution.
This program is designed to be completed while continuing to serve in a ministry context. The program provides opportunities for advanced study in intensive seminars, courses and field settings. It combines academic study and experiential learning under faculty and field supervision to integrate theology and practice.
