The Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership is a degree program that exists to prepare students to lead and serve in various ministry contexts. Students in this program will develop the skills to effectively lead, resolve organizational conflict, and equip others to serve in ministry. In this program, you’ll learn from pastors and leaders who have a thorough understanding of church administration and how to lead change. We have designed this program so you can stay in your current leadership role while you complete your classes through online and hybrid formats. The MA in Ministry Leadership is for students who want to maximize their leadership skills and develop the next generation of servant leaders.
